Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Station Agent ("the App"), developed by Terror Bot Labs. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Price and Usage Billing

• There is no subscription and no upfront unlock charge.
• Before using paid AI chat or voice, you must sign in with Apple and save a payment method through Stripe.
• Your fee-inclusive usage balance is normally charged automatically when it reaches $5. At the beginning of a new month, a billable remainder of at least 50¢ may be charged; smaller balances roll forward because Stripe does not permit a smaller U.S.-dollar card charge.
• The live token and cost meter is an estimate. The final ledger uses provider-reported usage when available and the pricing in effect when the usage occurred.
• By saving a payment method, you authorize Station Agent to make these off-session usage charges under this policy. A failed charge pauses further paid AI use until the payment method is updated.

Optional Account and Local Data

• The app shell, local saved trips, and non-AI features do not require an account. Paid AI chat and voice require Sign in with Apple so usage is charged to the correct rider.
• Saved trips and upcoming-trip widget content remain local to your iPhone.
• You may erase that local trip information from Settings by choosing Delete Local Trip Data, by deleting individual trips in My Trips, or by uninstalling the App.
• You may delete your billing account in Settings. Station Agent immediately closes billing, invalidates earlier signed sessions, removes active identity/payment links, attempts eligible outstanding-usage settlement, removes the Stripe customer, requests revocation of Sign in with Apple, and independently attempts local trip/widget erasure and sign-out. The raw Apple identifier is removed; a keyed one-way subject digest and closure time remain to enforce session invalidation. If Apple is temporarily unavailable, the encrypted revocation credential, a one-way integrity fingerprint, and a pending timestamp remain for automatic retry; the App also identifies Apple's manual removal path. If a timeout makes the server result uncertain, the App completes bounded local cleanup and tells you how to check by fresh sign-in or support. Account deletion still completes if provider cleanup or a final usage charge cannot finish in that request; a balance may be waived while legally required transaction records are retained.
• Revoking consent in Apple Settings invalidates Station Agent sessions for the affected authorization after Apple delivers its signed notification. A later successful Sign in with Apple creates a new authorization generation; a delayed older Apple event cannot close that newer generation.

AI Features and Consent

• Station Agent asks for your permission before sending trip questions, voice transcripts, or location context to OpenAI for AI-assisted trip help.
• You may decline that processing or turn it off later from Settings under AI Privacy.
• The Privacy Policy explains what is sent, why it is used, and the applicable retention practices.

Acceptable Use

• Station Agent provides AI-assisted transit trip planning based on official transit agency data. Schedules and real-time data can change; always verify posted times at the stop before boarding.
• You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with the service, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Payments, Disputes, and Availability

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Station Agent does not receive or store your full card number.
• If you believe a usage charge is incorrect, contact us promptly at the address below so we can investigate the usage ledger and payment.
• This external usage-billing release is offered only in the United States App Store. Availability may change if platform rules or payment requirements change.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Station Agent is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Terror Bot Labs is not liable for missed connections, transit delays, or other losses arising from your use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated revision date.
